May 18, 2021· EDC belts are essential if you like to keep things functional, minimalist, and tactical. Along with various other pieces of EDC gear, a solid, reliable belt should be part of your daily loadout. For those who don't know, EDC stands for 'everyday carry.' While these items might sound relatively straightforward, the truth is that EDC has evolved into a complex culture and one of the most ...

Oct 06, 2019· OP Tactical also carries the Blue Alpha Gear version (I think). If not, Warrior Poet Society might have it on the website. The Crye is low profile but not nearly as stiff as the Ronin, at least the previous gen was. Neither of them were around when I settled on a belt, but IME the best solution is a Ronin Senshi outer belt and Crye MRB inner belt.

Blue Alpha Gear If you don’t want to go leather and want the super simple and effective COBRA buckle…we’ve been hearing about Blue Alpha Gear for quite some time now. Now we have them in hand and are trying them out for EDC, range, and competition use.
My Vedder holster's 1.5" clip fits onto it just fine, but my JMCK holster's 1.5" pull-the-dot loops will only work on the thinner right side of the belt. I think this will also be true of the Blue Alpha Gear Hybrid. It's just a consequence of how belts with Cobra buckles adjust for length.
I have blue alpha gear's edc. I wear the same pants every day (don't judge me), so the belt just stays in those pants. Once you get used to changing the size of the belt, it really isn't such a pain in the butt. It keeps both my Galco kingtuk and crossbreed single mag holder close. I am a fan. No experience with vedder's though.
Jan 11, 2020· The leather dress belt is okay to work with an iwb carry. I am a bit of a goof ball in that I use a Vedder light tuck, but wear it outside my pants but under the belt, so the belt rides over top of the holster and Icinch the belt down and it rides tight. ... But I looked at these a year ago, and ended up trying a Blue Alpha Gear for an EDC belt ...
Simular to the Blue Alpha Gear edc belt but better in my opinion for AIWB after owning both. ... Had cheap kydex holster, had a vedder, have an alien gear. Holster discussions do not need to emulate a high school lunch table about which sneaker is the best. 464. 334 comments. share. save. hide.
Apr 26, 2019· I used blue force gear pouches, even with the thin Molle/helium whisper attachments, they were difficult to attach. Pretty stiff, I would like it a little stiffer to keep my holster from sagging. I used it almost every day for about 3-4 months and the only complaints are the stiffness, which isn't that big of an issue, and the velcro inner belt ...
Dec 03, 2016· Companies like Blue Alpha Gear identify a need in the gun owning community and create a product specifically tailored to take care of that need. The SR buckle 1.5″ EDC belt solves the problem of creating an everyday gun belt that I can wear at work, that’s fray-resistant, extremely durable, and has a quick release buckle attached to it.
Mar 13, 2019· I still run a battle belt setup today, with a Blue Alpha Gear belt. Two pistol mag pouches, one rifle mag pouch, dump pouch, IFAK, flashlight pouch, Safariland SLS/ALS duty holster, tourniquet holder. Posted: 3/5/2019 12:46:57 PM EDT I do not have experience with any other belts but the Esstac belt, but I will say it is a fantastic piece of ...
Moreover, the Hybrid EDC belt has filled the holes where other belts were lacking for my specific needs and/or desired fit. Furthermore, Blue Alpha Gear’s customer service is top notch as they’re personable and helpful when addressing questions concerning their products. I highly recommend this belt and Blue Alpha Gear. Thank you!
Mar 13, 2019· I've recently switched from my Ares Gear Aegis Enhanced, that I've been wearing for a few years, to a Blue Alpha Gear Low Profile belt. If you AIWB carry, a flexible belt is a must. The Blue Alpha belts will conform to your body, but will not collapse like a cheap belt. I've heard good things about the Graith belt, but it's not my cup of tea.
Dec 18, 2016· Blue Alpha Gear EDC Hybrid belt. That problem has been solved by a small company in Atlanta, Georgia called Blue Alpha Gear. The three owners make the belts themselves in one of the owners garage. Nothing uncommon about that with a small company which started about a year ago. The owner I speak with named Kurt told me they want to expand the ...

I also just bought a Blue Alpha Gear Low Profile Belt and I carry a glock 19 in a vedder light tuck w/claw. The belt is amazing and the customer service is great as well, did 2 size exchanges (ordered a 36, replaced for a 40 then replaced for a 38.....wear a 36 pant) holds the gun and holster great and is extremely comfortable

Jul 09, 2019· I ended up going with the Blue Alpha Gear double molle belt rig. I like the Ronin but between the lead time and needing to buy an additional inner belt. (I don't have any 2" belt loop pants) I Calle d Blue Alpha and they said they could have the belt to me before my classes. Thanks for all the input I'll let you know how I like it once I break ...
Oct 26, 2020· I most days i wear a Blue Alpha Hybrid 1.5″ cobra belt that is usually covered with a t-shirt, flannel, or a no-tuck dress shirt. Ain’t fancy if folks can’t see it. What’s fancy is my Daltech Force belt; I love dark brown leather. The fact you can conceal carry a full sized 1911 in a tuck holster and not print is impressive.

Sep 04, 2020· Looking to get a good gear belt and these are the two I’ve narrowed it down to. The Blue Alpha belt with the EDC inner belt option is about $169, while I can get the esstac for $90. Blue Alpha has the option for the EDC inner belt, plus has MOLLE on the outer belt.

They’re basically the same belt, Vedder had the smaller cobra buckle first Edit: after some back and forth, BlueAlphaGear had theirs about three weeks before Vedder was selling theirs. BlueAlphaGear shipped theirs around the beginning of April 2017 and Vedder had theirs shipped at the end of April 2017.
Oct 27, 2019· I have been using the Volund Gear Works Micro battle belt V3 as a duty belt for about 2 years. Can't complain and am looking at going to the V2 so i can use an issued buckle and draw less attention to the belt, worth a look as they are lower profile and use an inner belt / keepers. I prefer a more rigid inner belt so use a HSGI velcro inner belt.
Sep 10, 2018· Blue Alpha Belt – Tactical Belt for Military, LE, and Range Use. Here is my #1 pick for the best tactical belt out there: The Blue Alpha Double Rig Belt. The magic of this tactical belt is that it allows you to have the load bearing capability of the bigger battle belts while still maintaining the low-profile design of a smaller duty belt.
Jan 21, 2013· Blue Alpha for sure.. for years I used Wildness Tactical but I believe Blue Alpha is slightly better quality and less expensive. Their Low Profile belt is lightweight and I've had for two years worn everyday and it's still like new. Best $34.99 I've ever spent, actually I think I caught them on sale and paid under $30. Just an amazing belt
Blue Alpha Gear 1.5" Hybrid COBRA EDC Belt More modern and tactical, these belts feature the upgraded model of cobra buckle. The cobra HYBRID buckle allows you to thread this through regular belt loops, which was the main complaint people have had about regular cobra buckled belts.
Jul 25, 2019· This article must be a re-run since it’s dated in 2019, but I just now saw it. I have three Kore Essential belts. My first belt was a Blue Alpha with the Cobra buckle. I thought it was a very good belt until I got my first Kore. There’s just no comparison because of how easy it is to adjust.
