As for plate carries. The Velocity System LWPC is a minimalist carrier meant to be used with chest rigs or "placards" that clip into the swift clip system. Very well made very light but has no pals webbing except on the cumberbund. Goes for $150-$180 worth noting a lot of SOCOM units now use Velocity and Mayflower carriers.
